Welcome to Realz Casino. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and Realz Casino ("we", "us", "our"). Account Registration
To use our Services you must create an Account. By registering, you confirm that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you are legally permitted to gamble under the laws of your jurisdiction; (c) you are not acting on behalf of a third party; (d) all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Each player may hold only one Account. If we detect multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, household, IP address, or device, we reserve the right to close duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and retain only the balance from the original account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to protect your password.
We may request identity verification documents at any time. If you fail to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 days of our request, we reserve the right to suspend or close your Account. Acceptable documents include a valid passport or driver's licence, a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification, and proof of payment method ownership.
Deposits & Withdrawals
We accept deposits in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) through a range of payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, POLi, Neosurf, bank transfer, and selected e-wallets. The minimum deposit amount is NZ$10 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion. All deposits are processed instantly unless network or banking delays apply.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours. Once approved, the transfer time depends on the payment method: e-wallets typically arrive within 2 hours, card withdrawals within 1-3 business days, and bank transfers within 3-5 business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is NZ$20. We may request KYC verification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding NZ$2,000.
We do not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges. You must use a payment method registered in your own name. We reserve the right to return funds deposited from a third-party payment method.
Bonus Terms & Wagering Requirements
All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers are subject to the following general terms unless specific bonus terms state otherwise. We encourage you to read both these general terms and any promotion-specific conditions carefully before opting in.
Standard wagering requirement: 35x the bonus amount. Example: NZ$100 bonus requires NZ$3,500 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal.
Maximum bet while a bonus is active: NZ$5 per spin or per round. Exceeding this voids the bonus and any associated winnings.
Bonus expiry: all bonuses must be wagered within 30 days of activation. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited after this period.
Game contributions vary: slots contribute 100%, table games contribute 10%, live dealer games contribute 5%.
Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings: 10x the original bonus amount unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
Only one active bonus per player at a time. You must complete or forfeit the current bonus before claiming another.
We reserve the right to revoke any bonus if we detect abuse, irregular play patterns, or breach of these Terms. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated play with other players to manipulate outcomes, and using automated software or bots. We take bonus integrity seriously and all decisions in this area are final.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from our Platform without our prior written consent. The Realz Casino name, logo, and associated branding are our registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of any trademark displayed on our Platform is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following while using our Services: (a) using any automated software, bots, or third-party tools to interact with our Platform; (b) exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in game software — you must report these to us immediately; (c) colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage; (d) money laundering or using our platform to process proceeds of crime; (e) accessing our Services from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited; (f) providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities. We use advanced fraud detection and transaction monitoring systems to identify prohibited activities. Our security team reviews flagged accounts daily.
Limitation of Liability
Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that our Platform will be available at all times or free from errors. We shall not be liable for any losses arising from: (a) service interruptions, server downtime, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control; (b) delays or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers; (c) errors in game results caused by software malfunctions, provided the error is corrected and affected bets are voided or resettled fairly.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the balance held in your Account at the time the claim arose. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information and comply with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and applicable international data protection regulations.
Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 business days. If we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction through our internal process, you may escalate the matter to our licensing authority or an approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to our licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through ADR shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant jurisdiction. We strongly encourage players to seek resolution through our support channels first, as most issues can be addressed quickly and informally.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in legislation, regulatory requirements, or our operational practices. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and display a notice on our Platform for a minimum of 7 days. The revised Terms become effective on the date published unless otherwise stated.
If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you have the right to close your Account and withdraw your remaining balance before the new Terms take effect.
